Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ 

1 adult, aged 18+ can accompany up to 4 children. 

Included in the price is access to the event. Child tickets (age 4- 17) have 20 tokens included in the ticket price and child tickets (age 0 -3) have 5 tokens included in the ticket price. No tokens are included in the adult (+18) tickets.

Some Playtopia activities are operated on a token system, costing between 1-3 tokens. For example, inflatable obstacle course, fun fair rides, rock climbing wall. 

There are also many activities that do not require tokens and are fully included in the ticket price.

Yes, food and drink can be purchased at an additional cost. You can also choose to purchase more tokens for access to inflatable obstacle course, fun fair rides, rock climbing wall etc on the day if you wish.  

Playtopia runs from 9.30AM until 4.30PM. Entry is welcomed at any point during the day, although we encourage guests to arrive early to really make the most of the day. 

No, outside food is not permitted.  

We are a cash free event, all purchases will be card only. 

No, there is no parking at Evolution London for the duration of the event. There is however very limited parking within Battersea Park which can be accessed via Chelsea Gate. 

There is limited blue badge parking available at Chelsea Car Park, these are available on a first come first served basis.  

Playtopia promotes travelling sustainability. We really encourage guests to reduce their carbon-footprint by travelling by public transport or foot where possible. The park is also best accessed this way.

Ticket holders with proof of eligibility are entitled to a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket. These are not available via our ticketing pages and instead can be applied for through this form* once a General Admission ticket has been purchased. You will need to provide proof of eligibility and your booking reference number. Applications will be processed within 5 working days. Please note, all children’s tickets must be purchased with an adult ticket.  

Dogs and other animals are not permitted, with the exception of Guide Dogs.
